Trendy Dallas restaurants, The Social House and Cafe San Miguel, are coming to Fort Worth’s Museum Place development next year.

The Social House @ West Village is a gastropub in Uptown Dallas, with a location under construction in Houston. The Fort Worth location will be called Social House @ Museum Place and will have about 5,000 square feet on the south side of West Seventh Street at Van Cliburn Way.

Cafe San Miguel serves authentic Mexican cuisine and has leased about 2,200 square feet across from Social House on the main plaza in Museum Place.

Eddie V's Prime Seafood Restaurant anchors the amazing  Museum Place development with the best seafood in Fort Worth! An Austin Texas landmark,  Eddie V's features a large lounge area with dining, a fabulous bar and live music EVERY NIGHT!  Happy hour is all day Sunday and Monday.

Eddie V's is joined by BLUE SUSHI SAKI GRILL across the street at 3131 W. 7th in the spectacular wedge-shaped architectural masterpiece at Museum Place!  The Saki Bomber Lounge is the place to be seen on West 7th!  Fresh and delicious sushi, along with many other tantilizing dishes await you!

Social House @ Museum Place will have more than 20 kinds of beer on tap and a menu offering burgers, sandwich wraps, traditional fish and chips, Scottish salmon and filet mignon au poivre, among other things. Social House was represented by Arian Co. in lease negotiations.

Cafe San Miguel is on North Henderson Avenue, near Ross Avenue in Dallas and is owned by Grupo San Miguel. It was represented by The Cambridge Cos. Its Bar La Serena Gorda is known for its margarita specials and Antigua Cruz tequilas. The menu includes traditional tacos made with homemade nixtamal corn tortillas, as well as whole fried red snapper and quail in pumpkin seed mole.

MUSEUM PLACE ANNOUNCES TWO NEW RESTAURANT TENANTS

Fort Worth, Texas (July 10, 2009) – Museum Place Development Group today announced two exciting new restaurant tenants within the 11-acre mixed-use Museum Place development in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District. The Social House @ Museum Place, a highly popular gastropub currently in Uptown Dallas with a new location under construction in Houston, and Café San Miguel, serving authentic Mexican cuisine with one location in Dallas, have both leased space. Café San Miguel will be 2200 sq ft. located across from Social House on the Main Plaza of Museum Place.
